I, Clinton, got into fitness to achieve what I could only once imagine was possible. In my late teens, I suffered depression and to combat it I took it upon myself to push my body and mind to their limits and beyond to discover 1) why I was suffering it and, 2) to feel alive, as I seemed to have lost that as I got older. This has stuck with me to today. Whether it be on my Health and Fitness business or my self-improvement.
SITE UNDER MAINTENCE
Over the years, I have worked on build muscle, toning up to retain the strength be decrease the muscle size to increase my speed and endurance, having to lose body fat percent from 28% to now a comfortable 17% after a recent injury that put me out of action. I have tried, and try, different training methods to see what works and what does not, and various nutritional expertise which is tried and tested over the years.
Generally, if somebody is trying to do something in health and fitness, I have tested for a period of time almost everything to find a perfect way to train and be healthy while becoming the best you can be.
My main focus is to improve my fitness to augment my martial arts training and to push myself beyond my current limits to test myself.
Some of my clients and myself have partaken in obstacle based events such as "The Suffering", "X-Runner Water Wipeout" and "16km Spartan Race"
Even on my Honeymoon, we climbed various Volcanos and this is the largest in the Canary Islands.
